Brief Answer:
It is to be traced that which medicine is the most culprit.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

There are quite a few medicines in your prescription which can result in Tardive dyskinesia on long term use. Out of these, lamotrigine, ropinirole, mirtazapine, cetrizine, ranitidine may be contributing.
The approach to the management should be a 'hit and trial approach'. Medicine suspected most (ropinirole, lamotrigine, mirtazapine) should be stopped first and it should be observed if improvement occurs or not. If the improvement does not occur, then second medicine should be stopped and observed for improvement and likewise.

Please discuss it with your treating neurologist.
