Brief Answer:
Start treatment against UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I have through your previously uploaded reports.
They are suggestive of urinary tract infection, thus the elevated WBC's to fight off the infection. The haemoglobin is due to associated inflammation and leakage of red blood cells in the urine.
I would suggest you drink plenty of water. Also, you may start with nitrofurantoin group of drugs or augmentin after getting a urine sensitivity and culture report done. These are prescription drugs and will have to be prescribed by your doctor.
Repeat the tests after 2 weeks.

Brief Answer:
ENT examination required

Detailed Answer:
Noise in ears maybe pointing to tinnitus which can occur due to a number of factors like eardrum rupture, nerve inflammation, wax impaction and various inner ear disorders that cause headache as well. It is better to get your ear examined by an ENT specialist.
In the meanwhile try chewing gum everyday and go for steam inhalation to counteract any eustachian tube blockage.
Why are you suffering from stress? It can also be a triggering factor for your complaints. Do you have any problems at work/family?
