Brief Answer:
I suggest possibility of discoid eczema;potent topical steroids+moisturizer

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have taken note of your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

I can see disc shaped patches which are red, dry and scaly.

I suggest a possibility of dry discoid dermatitis. This is an itchy condition.

This is due to underlying dryness of skin.

This is certainly not a cancer or anything serious.

I suggest you to use a moisturizer for her, all over the affected area, twice daily.

Specifically for the patches you may use a potent topical steroid e.g Clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream Or Mometasone furoate 0.1% cream, twice daily, over and above the moisturizer.

You may give her an OTC oral antihistamine e,g cetrizine syp once or twice daily for symptomatic relief from itching.

Avoid soaps for her. You may use a gentle cleansing lotion e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion.

Regards

Brief Answer:
yes it curable

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Yes, certainly it is curable.
You need to use a moisturizer for her, regularly.
Specifically for the patches I suggest a topical steroid, twice daily, over and above the moisturizer.
Once the patches resolve you may stop topical steroid.
Since the condition is due to underlying dry skin therefore it is advisable to continue with a moisturizer, regularly, even after the patches have resolved.
It may recur specially in dry and cold weather in winters.
Using a moisturizer regularly would be helpful in preventing a recurrence.
