Brief Answer:
kindly upload report of CT Scan ,Biopsy & medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having upper respiratory tract infection with inflammatory lymph node swelling .

To help you better kindly upload report of CT Scans , Biopsy & medication tried .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids for throat problems ,
Macrolide Antibiotic azithromycin ,
anti inflammatory analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination after meal to decrease Lymph node swelling ,
tab Vitamin C twice daily & Inj Vitamin K to decrease blood loss .

Discuss this with your treating doctor.

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.

My doctor's actually told me its not upper respiratory tract infection that is why they went ahead and tested me for cancer because they knew for sure it was not that. I do not have a copy of any of the tests or test results they never sent me them, so how do i get this because if i had it i would upload it for your viewing, but since my doctor's knew it wasn't this and not cancer is there anything else? It was been going on for the past five months, and i do not have a fever, or cough all the time, and my nose is not stuffy, or runny.
