Brief Answer:
Upload picture, RBS, CBC, culture of the discharge

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query.

It is difficult to say what it is without examination, kindly upload the picture to assess and to provide you with specific advise.

I would suggest you not to scratch or pop it to avoid any infection. As you have suggested it is recurring, I would have asked for random blood sugar(RBS), complete blood count(CBC), and culture of the discharge.

I would have waited for the report and then would have decided on the treatment. I would also suggest you not to take any antibiotic without consulting.

Hope this helps.
I'll be glad to help you out with further query.
Take care.

Thank you for your response doctor, I also forgot to include the urinary tract itching too, it doesn't come often though but when it comes, it itches and I will have to press down and squeeze my pens so hard. attached it the test result on the RBS.

Brief Answer:
Rule out UTI, tablet norflox

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to hear from you.
Based on the present information, apart from the above mentioned investigation, I would also like you to do urine routine examination, to rule out urinary tract infection.

I would ask you to drink plenty of water and drink c juice which is helpful in UTI. I would have given you tablet norflox 400 mg twice daily for three days.

Hope this helps.
Take care
