Brief Answer:
Dose of furosemide can be raised

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Cardiomyopathy is difficult to manage. The contractility of the heart muscles is compromised and so the heart is unable to pump the blood adequately. This creates a backlog leading to edema or swelling of feet and other related presentations. You are already on the right medicines and there is not much room for improvement. The dose of furosemide can be increased to 40 mg once or twice a day. That would possibly improve the condition. Please discuss with your treating physician.
