Question: I have had unexplained weight loss and intermedite bloody stools. I have constant diarhea and am constantly week and fatigued. Do I have colon cancer or could it be another illness?

You are reporting to have weight loss, bloody stools and fatigue. These symptoms may be related with :
- IBD ( inflammatory bowel disease)
- large bowel tumor

This why I strongly suggest to do:
- colonoscopy
- blood work
- abdominal -CT
