Suggest Treatment For Sporadic Spasm Above Navel

Question: I am a 38 year old female. I have had 2 C-sections and a tubal ligation, the last one 6 years ago. No other medical history. I am 5'1 and 117lbs. No smoking/alcohol/drugs. On no medications. For the past three hours I have been having what feels like a painless pulse/spasm 1 inch above my navel. It is sporadic not rhythmic. It is painless and would be similar to a sensation of a baby kicking. It seems to be aggravated by standing up. Two nights ago while I was laying in bed I had a really strong (still painless) "spasm" feeling that felt like it rolled up my abdomen. Until this afternoon I had not felt anymore. I do have high stress. I am curious if this would be like a muscle spasm and applying heat would help (I have had a muscle spasm in my upper back in the past but it was extremely painful and this is not) or if this is something that should be checked out more urgently?

Brief Answer:
Due to muscle fasciculations

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The painless muscle spasm that you are having is likely to be due to muscle fasciculations that are benign muscle contractions due to fluid and electrolyte imbalance or anxiety.
These are not dangerous or worrisome. You can take electrolyte rich fluids like citrus fruit juices and do a hot fomentation. This is likely to help. Doing deep breathing relaxation exercises will also help. Avoid coffee or alcohol.
