Brief Answer:
Throat gargles and lozenges...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Temperature more than 100 deg F needs antipyretic medication. You seem to have a low grade fever. Monitor temperature thrice a day and if it goes beyond 100 def F, you might consider taking paracetamol

Throat pain can be dealt with hot saline gargles. There are throat lozenges available over the counter for sore throat at your nearest pharmacy.

You can wait for 2 to 3 days and if symptoms persists, then please consult with your doctor and get evaluated.

Hope my answers have helped you.

Thanks
