Question: I had a horse pull away from me and the chain on the lead rope ripped through my hand. it tore skin around the nails on my pinky and middle finger. my ring finger is sore and swollen. has been that way all day. I can't bend it without pain. the end was always slightly crooked but it is a little more so now. I have iced and immobilized it. is there anything else I should do?
