Brief Answer:
herpetic ulcer,mucocele,lignocaine,

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the soreness and the blister in your gums is concerned, I have two possibilities.
It can be because of the herpetic virus infection, resulting in blister(vesicle) formation which later rupture to form ulcer and result in pain.
The second possibility can be a mucocele secondary to trauma resulting in a blister formation which later ruptures to form ulcer.
Nothing to be panic. If I am your treating doctor, I would suggest you to use a topicala naesthetic and analgesic like XXXXXXX Gel(2% lignocaine and choline salicylate). Apply this gel 4-5 times daily for 3-5days.
Continue to do plain saline gargling and do not use hydrogen peroxide. If the lesions does not heal in 3-5 days, consult a dental surgeon and get it evaluated.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
If you have any queries, reply me back.
