Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried so much. Seems like retention cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.
Thanks for consulting Healthcaremagic.
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query.

I have read your query and gone through the pictures you have attached . As far as i observed small bumps seems to be like Mucocele (retention cyst) .
MUCOCELE is formed when there is rupture to the duct of a minor salivary gland secondary to trauma. It can also occur if there is clogging in the duct of the gland.
- It is a harmless and a painless bump..
- It can resolve on its own.
I will suggest you to do salt water rinses . Maintain good oral hygiene.
In case if it does not show any signs of regression in one week then consult an Oral Surgeon for clinical ecamination and evaluation .
In case of persisting Mucocele surgical removal under local anaesthesia can be advised to you..

Hope i have answered your query .
If you have further query i will be happy to help .

Brief Answer:
Detailed below .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.
Welcome .

I have read your query and gone through the pictures you have attached . As far as i have observed there is ulcerations ,inflammation over the frenum of the tongue . Scratchy tongue ,Gingivitis ,Dryness of lips all these may be contributed due to dehydration, lowering immunity and low vitamin levels.
There is nothing to be worried so much . For this i will suggest you some measure .
-Maintain good oral hygiene . You can use toothpaste like Colgate Pro Gum health or Thermoceal toothpaste.
-Use mouthwash chlorhexidine . You can use Mouthwash like Colgate Plax.
-Apply Gel containing choline salicylate and Lignocaine on frenum of tongue and floor of mouth for inflammation .
-Do warm saline rinses for inflammed gingiva (gingivitis) .
- Take good vitamin B and Vitamin C supplements like Tablet A toZ or Zincovit once daily by consultingwith local doctor.
-Avoid Hot and spicy food .
-Take Nutritional diet .
-Drink plenty of water .

Lastly as you are saying you always see small bumps in floor of mouth i can say that can be Vascular prominence . you dont have to worry for that .

Follow these measures and revert me back.

Hope this will help you .
If you have further query feel free to ask i will be happy to help.

2) what is this I am so scared of herpes as I mentioned to you earlier I don't drink some one else used tumbler or even the restaurants tumblers or spoons I always instead of that wash my hands and ear with my hands only , I don't kiss anyone even my husband .... I am taking anti depression tablets for the past three months and I have just left those is it because of that
3) what are the precautions that I should take .... it is spoiling my social life to a big extent
4) last eight months I was in XXXXXXX particularly XXXXXXX down south it's been only one week since I moved to XXXXXXX uk here the climate is so chill is it because of that if so can you please suggest me some lip balm I can try ... also I have been eating a lot of vitamin tablets b12, b6, biotin, omega3,vitamin e for the past eight months it's been a week since I did not have them as I am yet to go and purchase them please I am so scared help me

Brief Answer:
Nothing like Herpes labialis .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I have read your query and gone through the pictures you have attached . As far as i have observed your lower lips it doesnt seems like Herpes infection . Herpes labialis have cluster of fluid filled vesicles on or around the lips whereas the images don't suggest anything like herpes infection.

There is nothing to be scared so much. Dont be so depressed. Be Relax . For this i will suggest you to drink plenty of water. Use sebamed lip balm to moisture your lip . You can also use lip balm with SPF. Take vitamin supplements regularly. Drink cleaner water. Avoid cosmetics.

Hope this will help you .
If you have further query i will be happy to help.
