i have attached two photographs.Please check and let me know is it a critical situation .

White spots are not all over XXXXXXX but i think they have increased, they are two sides rest i clean.

is it due to regular masterbation.

These are called as fordyce spots.

There is nothing to worry as these spots are totally normal and would subside on their own.

There is no relation with masturbation.
