Suggest Treatment For Small Lump On Top Of The Navel
Question: I have a small lump in the top of my navel. It does not hurt, but it is hard. I am doing fitness and also train my abs. What is it?

As per your description, it looks like Para umbilical hernia.There will be a small defect/hole above the navel.Commonly,fat from inside comes through the defect and felt as hard mass beneath the skin.
