Question: Hi Sir/Madam,
I have a small cyst on my forehead, it's been 2/3 years and hardly I notice any growth in it. I feel no pain also. Could you please suggest whether it can be cured through homeopathy?

Thanks for contacting the Homeopathic section of AYUS(H) and following is necessary clarification:
1. Epidermoid (sebaceous) cyst are the most common pathology around these areas and following points are worth mentioning:
i. They are extremely common and resolve on their own
ii. They can run in families
iii. If thinking of any investigation then excision & histology (biopsy) is required.
iv. If the cyst is uncomplicated (no inflammation, no pain, no increase in size) then medical attention is not necessary, however it can be removed from cosmetic/ anxiety point of view, but permanent scar will be there.
2. Take: soup,radish,old brown rice,protein rich diet,butter milk,horse gram,honey, bitter gourd,lukewarm water.
Avoid: salt,sour taste,newly harvested rice, jaggery,curd,sesame,heavy/slimy food, alkalies,day time sleeping.
3. Add little turmeric powder on aloe vera leaf (after cutting it). Heat it and apply on cyst.
. Silicea 6X: 2 tablets twice daily will offe good results
