Brief Answer:
Rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Common cold and mild cough associated with fever can be H1N1. I recommend you to do the following

1. Watch out for breathlessness
2. Do steam inhalations twice daily
3. Tab levocetrizine twice daily for the cold
4. Approach doctor for H1N1 testing (a swab will be taken from the nose and throat)
5. Tab paracetamol three times will bring down the fever
6. Drink plenty of fluids and eat cooked warm food
7. Avoid cold food and beverages

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
