Brief Answer:
Supportive care , aspirn side effects

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Stomach burning, indigestion and nausea are very common side effects of NSAIDs and aspirin and rather notorious for such discomfort. USe of antacids, nexium and taking aspirin full stomach after meal with at least 8 ounces of water helps reduce gastric discomfort it may cause. If aspirin can be replaced with some alternative pain killer like tylenol then that would be preferable. Nutshell you gastric symptoms were likely due to side effect of aspirin. Chills and insomnia could be side effect indirectly due to gastric discomfort. If the symptoms persist, get evaluated by your local physician.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
