Brief Answer:
Most probably symptoms related to anxiety disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

First, there is need to clarify few things about your symptoms.

- Legs tingling is felt all over the legs, or only in a part of them?

- Did you used any medication, alchohol etc?

- Tingling is worsened or improved by certain positions, or is constant?

In my opinion, your symptoms are related and could be caused by anxiety, but, in a small number of cases, other conditions such peripheral neuropathy should be excluded.

Exclusion of this possibility is achieved in two ways:

1. If treating correctly anxiety relieves those symptoms too, then there is a strong relationship to anxiety, if not then:

2. an ENMG ( nerves and muscles conduction study ) is needed as diagnostic test.

Hope this helps. I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Main cause of the symptoms anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

In this case, then there is no predispositing condition about nerves damage that may cause tingling, or muscular soreness, so your symptoms are most probably related to anxiety disorder.

Since blood tests resulted fine, there seems to be no metabolic cause of your symptoms.

Dealing and treating anxiety should improve your symptoms related to feet tingling, muscles soreness and shortness of breath.

I suggest you to discuss with a Psychologist about your anxiety disorder and symptoms related to it.

Hope I helped you. Best regards.

Brief Answer:
If in doubt, get tested.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

I don't think you need to be still in doubt about your condition.

Since examinations didn't show something to worry about, the culprit remains anxiety.

Sore muscles may result after physical exertion due to increased lactic acid levels.

If you still in doubt about your symptoms, get a neurological evaluation and EMG done.

If not in doubt, deal with your anxiety.

Hope I helped you. Take care.
