Question: Hello ,
I have severe upset stomach after I have eaten some street junk food . my appetite is almost lost , motions are also not tight and feeling to vomit after smelling food , if tying to eat something then vomiting the next moment. Pls guide me of what to do .
Doctors have prescribed me BIFILAC HP ONCE A DAY , REDOTIL 2 TAB , THRICE A DAY , RAZO D ONCE A DAY AND SATROGYL 0 ONE A DAY .
I AM HAVING THIS , BUT I AM NOT FEELING GUD .
PLEASE GUIDE ME

Hi, welcome to HCM,

You have developed gastritis due to the street food.
Sartrogyl is adding on to the nausea.

Please take Ondensetron mouth dissolving 4 mg three times a day. It will reduce the nausea and vomiting.

If despite taking this, you still do not improve, request your doctor to change the Sartrogyl.
Also, if nausea does not improve, please get a liver function test done to rule out Hepatitis.
