Brief Answer:
It is not that difficult

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam

Welcome to our portal!
I am Dr V XXXXXXX I am a Sr Consultant Dermatologist.

I have taken note of every point that you have mentioned and feel that there is so much that can be done and good results should emerge soon.
I request you to follow the suggestions completely;

1 Please sponge the area frequently, may be every two hourly, with just plain water and let it dry.

2 Use a preparation containing either Fluticasone or Clobetasol twice daily and some moisturizer a number of times a day

3 keep the parts protected from deodorants or any volatile chemicals and environmental pollution including sun rays

4 Anti allergics like Levocetirizine would be great help.

Rashes of this type, in my patients, settle with time and they are usually accompanied by some scaling when they resolve but there is not anything to worry about as this is natural for a damaged skin to fall off and get replaced by fresh cells

Steroids at your age should ideally be avoided. I have seen number of cases where the rash from the original site of exposure spreads to other areas. For now, you may like to use the same treatment for other areas as well.

Medically, we label the so called poisoning as a higher intensity of sunburn.

There is a good probability that you will recover well and soon.

Once you are recovered, please do use a sunscreen of broad spectrum in routine. It will definitely keep future disturbances of the nature at large.

Our best wishes, always!
