Question: My whole right hand is in intense pain. This just started today. What can
I do to get some relief?

It is possible that you have Cervical spondylosis with nerve pinching.

Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day after meals and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days.

Also take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg with Methylcobalamine combination once if you feel radiating pain.

Avoid lifting weights or performing overhead activities. Apply hot packs to the affected regions.
