Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine While On Morphine

Question: I have migraines and was on morphine for over 5 years but iam now off since 6/11 I had diarrhea for months then my poop ghaned to a soft kind and was pale brown 2 weeks ago it ghanged to very dark brwn almost black and I have had pain and diarrhea after 2weeks and 2 days I now am pooping again but again with thw dark brown almot black poop . do I need acolonoscopy?

Hi welcome to HCM, before a colonoscopy, I would advise you to do a routine stool examination to look for occult (microscopic) blood/infection. If positive for infection antibiotics will be needed. If positive for occult blood, an upper GI scopy will be needed. Black stools indicate bleeding from upper part of Gastro intestinal tract--regards
