Brief Answer:
Acetaminophen and Tramadol tablet. Buprenorphine patch.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.
It would be wise to also try Physiotherapy to manage the pain.

You can try the use of pain patches of Buprenorphine called Buvalor. Also Tramadol and Acetaminophen combination tablets would work.

Apply hot packs to the affected region. Avoid forward bending and lifting weights.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

I have heard turmeric tablets work very well. That's why I mentioned type
of treatment and MG. Earlier this year I tried physical therapy 2 times a week for three months. Some relief but did not last. Are the acetaminophen and tramadol
tablets over the counter products? I have also tried patches with little relief.
Thanks for your review.

Brief Answer:
Turmeric Antiinflammatory. Acetaminophen and Tramadol require prescription

Detailed Answer:
Turmeric does have pain killing and Antiinflammatory properties. You can take a pinch of the powder in warm milk.

Acetaminophen and Tramadol would require a prescription from your Doctor. Alternatively you can take Tablet Oxaceprol 600mg once a day. This does not require a prescription.
