Brief Answer:
if no symptoms of BP, no treatment needed, will improve

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Nitrate family of medications cause the blood vessels to dilate/widen. This is how it improves blood flow to the heart and reduces angina related chest pain.

The widening of the blood vessels also causes a reduction in blood pressure.
There are different types of nitrates , if you took nitroglycerin, then the half life is very short.

The half life of a medication is the time it takes for the amount of medication in the body to decrease by half. Eventually, as it continues decreasing, it is eliminated.
The 3 tabs would be eliminated from the body in a few hours 1 to 3.

IN terms of the blood pressure of 92/56, if you do not feel dizzy or lightheaded or weak or clammy , then you do not have to worry. The blood pressure would increase when the medication is eliminated
Some persons have this type of reading as their normal blood pressure.

It is treated if a person is having symptoms related to it. If you are having symptoms then you would need to increase your fluid intake and take a small increase in salt for one day.

The fluid and salt would help to bring it up.

You need to consider taking medication for the heartburn itself- nexium, prilosec, prevacid, protonix. These can sometimes take 5 to 7 days to take an effect because they cannot get rid of the acid already there just stop/reduce more acid production.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
