Brief Answer:
prodormal symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern for your symptoms.
1) Inflammation of liver cause slight increase in size of liver which produce pain on right upper side of abdomen (below right side rib cage). This inflammation causes release of some chemicals in your blood stream which act on brain and on muscles due to which you are feeling tiredness. This patho-physiology is know as prodormal symptoms. This also responsible for development of fever in inflammatory condition.
2) Use of anti-inflammatory medications would be helpful in these symptoms.
3) For fatigue and tiredness, you can take multi-vitamin supplement also.
4) As you mentioned your blood report for liver on borderline, I would recommend you to do a USG abdomen to check structure of liver and surrounding area.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further query, I would be happy to help you.
Have a good day!

Thanks you for answering. What could be the cause for this. Can it be cured by liver detox?

Brief Answer:
causes for hepatitis

Detailed Answer:
To find out cause for liver inflammation, you need series of blood tests and either USG abdomen or CT scan.
Generally it may be due to either hepatitis virus, alcohol or excessive fat deposition in liver.
If your blood report indicates elevated liver enzymes with elevated bilirubin level then yes you can take liver detoxifying medication.

Thanks for your reply. Can you advise me what to do, as I am still struck with fatigue that is getting worse and I'm struggling to do anything. My tummy is swelling so I look a bit pregnant. It has been swelling for some months but is looking bigger and I noticed for the past few days my urine stream has been weak and it's hard to urinate. I have all this and the symptoms above. Should I wait to see if it gets better or what should I do about it?
