After I have completed the medication of Orefor XT my drowsiness has come back.

Symptoms:-
1) Sudden weakness during the evening. It is not everyday. It comes and goes off suddenly

2) Increased Heart beat

3) I feel as if I will fall to the ground

4) Snoring has suddenly increased terribly

5) I suddenly fall asleep around 12 at night. Earlier I could be awake till 2 am

Note:- I play Badminton 4 times a wee. During that time I dont feel any issues. Daily I walk more than 2 km to office

I am a little worried as to what is happening

Brief Answer:
Need to check Vitamin Levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

I went through your present query and the past discussion we had. As discussed in the last reply your symptoms could be due to :

-- Persistent Iron Deficiency.
-- Vitamin B12 or D3 deficiency.
-- Thyroid disorders.
-- Inner Ear Problems.
-- Cardiac Problems. ( Unlikely in your case )

So I recommend you to get the following tests done and revert back with reports.

Iron Profile , Serum Vitamin B12 levels , Serum Vitamin D3 levels and TSH.

Snoring could either be due to weight gain or due to nasal congestion. If at all you have gained weight in recent past try losing it . If not then use Nasivion nasal drops every night at bed time , you snoring shall reduce.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
