Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns but don't worry. The most likely cause of such symptoms in infants is self limiting viral infection. It needs just symptomatic treatment and good nutrition. They usually improve within 1-2 weeks.

So, at present you may start him on an antihistamine such as Maxtra or T minic drops for cough and congestion. Use nasoclear saline drops for blocked nose if present. You may use nasal aspirator along with drops for excess nasal secretions. Give regular complementary feeds and warm fluids. In case of fever spikes you may use acetaminophen or paracetamol syrup.

Hopefully it will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.

Take care
