Brief Answer:
I think these could be symptoms of shingles.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.

Based on your above mentioned data I think these could be symptoms of a shingles (a chest herpes zoster) and you should do a physical examination by an Infectious diseases specialist to define better the diagnosis and to start as soon as possible a prompt treatment( acyclovir tb).

You should know that the signs and symptoms of shingles usually affect only a small section of one side of your body and may include pain,a red rash that begins a few days after the pain, itching ( as you have), burning, numbness or tingling, sensitivity to touch, and after some days appearance of fluid-filled blisters that break open and crust over. Pain is usually the first symptom of shingles and some people experience shingles pain without ever developing the rash.

I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery. Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.
