Question: I have been suffering from asthama since child hood... i had been taking lot of anti biotics.. duolin budacort... combhihaleff250 nd citrizin ... o suppress allergy... now before 2 months i started getting severe breathlessness... when spitted for few days small strains of blood seen in phelgam.. the when consulted a doctor he said that i have got mild spasam... i had been sneezing 8 to 10 times in a single strch for So many days... my motion is not at its good from past so many years igo thrice daily... lot of farting happens... nd got itchy rashes on fingers of both hands which is now getting ok when applying skintop... now a days after spasam..when no taking combihale ff250 i get breathlessness... nd normal inhealers of asthalin in not affecting very much.. i m not able to sit in a bus some times..get short of breath.. i stoped consuming milk so now i am not sneezing that much...but spasam continues... i am no feeling as normal as i used to be... earlier when i take antibiotics nd inhealers i used to get complete cure.. now none of them are getting me complete cure..what to do.. i m worried. I do exercises to..dumbell lifting and all

I just wanted to know whether I can gain my activeness back.. can I make my lungs more active without side affects.. shall I try homeo..or what ? I dont know what to do.. I am the only one who is looking after my family
