Brief Answer:
Need to record vitals

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Since it is been 48 hours since you had the symptoms started. I suggest you to take prescription based medicine. An antibiotic and anti vomiting drug is needed along with Oral rehydration therepy. Along with it is important to record temperature, blood pressure and pulse rate to determine the extent of dehydration.

So you should go to Urgent clinic and meet an RN / PA to guide you with low dose medicines like Domperidone / Ondensetron along with Ciprofloxacin.

Let me know if you need more help.
