Brief Answer:
Avoid taking Maxgalin M

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Maxgalin M is to treat the nerve related pains like you are having in the lower back. If you are planning to conceive in these two months then it is best to avoid it and to improve your back spasms do consult a physiotherapist for regular back strengthening exercises. It will help you in losing some weight and will improve your chances of conception. Continue taking Glycomet and Remylin D. These are safe for now.
Both of you should try to have regular intercourse during the ovulation days or fertile days(9 to 16 days in a regular cycle of 28 to 30 days duration). The frequency of intercourse during ovulation should be at least every alternate days.
You can take the help of LH KIT to detect ovulation which are readily available in market.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

do you think I should strengthen my back first? I was hospitalised and was in severe back pain. had spasm attack twice in a month. my age is 33 and I have pcos, we are not having contraceptive since one and a half year and to top it we just have sex once or twice month. i at times get stressed about the frequency of intercourse we have. my ovulation dates are irregular coz of irregular periods. I am worried now but my husband is still in no hurry.

Brief Answer:
Start with exercises.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You can start the back strengthening exercises and after one month start trying for conception and continue with the exercises as well. Having intercourse just once or twice a month is insufficient to cause a conception even if you do not use any contraceptive for many years. You have to have sex at least every alternate day during the fertile days. You are already 33. After 35 years the chances of having a normal healthy baby are lesser. It is high time that you start trying seriously for conception.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Ovulation inducing medicines are started from day 2.

Detailed Answer:
The medicines to induce ovulation are started from 2nd Day of the cycle. The X-ray is done to see if your tubes are patent or not. This is called HSG and is usually done after the periods have finished.
The low sperm count of your husband is worrisome. You can get a repeat test done after a week if there was a spillage.

Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
In your husband's semen report, the sperm count is low- It is only 10 million/ml.
Sperm count is the total number of sperms in a sample and should not be less than 10 million.
The chances of you getting a child naturally is slightly reduced but not zero. You can wait for 6 months by trying naturally with normal coitus.

If nothing works out then you will have to go for assisted methods like IUI, IVF, ICS where the sperms are used to fertilize the ovum and you can get a child.

Also, try to confirm the report in 2 weeks. See that your husband doesn't ejaculate for 3 days before collection of the sample.

To improve the sperm count-
Stay Healthy and Fit – Moderate exercise will always help.
Anything that improves a man's general health is good for his sperm.
Get plenty of rest.
Drink plenty of liquids.
Minimize stress.
Ejaculate frequently – Try to ejaculate every 24 to 48 hours. Sperm production is similar to breast milk production. The more you use the more you produce.
Regards.
