relaxation and breathing exercises

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your interest in behavioral methods to manage anxiety.

In fact there are multiple methods to manage anxiety which do not need medication but majority of them need expert psychologist.

For a person who is not interested in any kind of psychological and psychiatric intervention the best method is breathing exercises. You can start doing deep breathing when faced with anxiety. The anxiety and relaxation caused by deep breathing never stay together and this helps you to alleviate anxiety symptoms.

The second most important thing to decrease anxiety is leading a healthy lifestyle which includes proper exercise, eating right, avoiding any substance of abuse and taking proper sleep.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards
