Brief Answer:
Treatment for hypothyroidism has to be started

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

It's advisable to get an an Echocardiogram and ECG to assess the functionality of your heart

Likewise, it's advisable to start thyroxine supplementation at a dose of 25 mcg after discussing with your physician for hypothyroidism features.

Anxiety in your case needs to be additionally managed with oral pills of Benzodiazepines like Clonazepam.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further questions if any.

Thank you.
