Depression
Gabapenton, Ambien, Elavil, Topamarate, Zanax
I sit on the corner of my bed almost 24/7. I do not eat, I am down to 105.
I have no family or friends. I live on a street where I am so scared of the neighbors now I can't even walk my dog down the street. I am so bored my head is splitting.
I have had 5 lumbar surgeries since and injury in 1991. Was on Opiates until last summer when my Dr. had to take me off because of bad reactions. So I went cold turkey on the corner of my bed alone. Have Migraines since. Hence the Topamarate.
You can't really help me can you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

I will try my best to help you. First of all try to think why are you feeling lonely. I am sorry you have no family or friends to care you. But you can find interest in you only. Why are you not able to make friends? If you have any thinkings regarding others or yourself then try to sort out these things. Persistent depression makes an individual isolated and they become socially withdrawn. This could be happening in your case too.

You are feeling bored, lonely, have no motivation like you are not liking to walk your dog down to street and these symptoms are persistent depression symptoms. With proper treatment of depression you will feel better. You have stopped taking opiates cold turkey and this could be one of factors for your worsened depression symptoms.

You had five surgeries and these also contributed to the depression.

Topiramate can help in mood stabilisation apart from its actions in migraine too. Ambien is helping in sleep. Elavil helps in controlling the pain and also helps in depression. You can ask your doctor to increase the dose of Elavil and this will reduce your depressive symptoms. If you have any withdrawal symptoms of opiates then you can take Gabapentin in increased doses. This will help to ease the prolonged withdrawal symptoms.

So please don't loose hope, with medicines you will be alright.

Take care
