Brief Answer:
Problems like cholecystitis(biliary colic) can be suspected.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Problems like cholecystitis (Biliary colic) can give such symptoms.
What is the exact location of pain. ?
Is it on left upper or right upper abdomen? or localised over all upper abdomen?
Is it increased by food intake? or especially by fatty food intake?
Is applying hot giving you relief?

Ultrasound examination of abdomen will be helpful to rule out cholecystitis or gall stones. This is the usual problem giving same symptoms in females of your age group.
Taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole (Nexium) will be helpful to some extent. Avoid fatty and fried foods. In case of cholecystitis on gall stones evident in ultrasound the a consultation with gastro enterologist or general surgeon is well appreciated.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
