Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Weakness
Question: I had very strong stomach pains Thursday and Friday nights. Now I am extremely tired, thirsty, and weak. I at have some sort on my stomach. I am not hungry at all. Any ideas?? I am to see a stomach doctor this week.

There was no esophagus transplant. Flovent +fluticasone + methylprednisolone + prograf are used to prevent rejection.
I am on penicillin because I was catching too many colds. The fluticasone is above.
The hydroxychloquine I have been on maybe 4 months, but it seems to be the cause of the high stomach pain.
I have had various joint pains and tendon problems related to methylprednisolone and the long (~ 10 year) I was on this drug Both of my rotator cuffs are torn, one worse than the other.
I don't recall exactly the cholesterol levels, but they are always perhaps 50% above the desired range -sometimes less, sometimes more. I just received a notice that they were all okay!!
Essential tremor for maybe 15 years, bone marrow transplant 10 years (both approx.)
Bump is navel height, and to the left
Stool - brown continuously, except yesterday they were veey large
Urine - Yellow
No recent images of chest, bot I expect to get one Wednesday
Surgeries - Appendix tonsils when I was ~ 5 yrs old
Shoulder for rotator cuff
Many (~15) endoscopies to figure out the problem with rejection of esophagus and opening up the esophagus.

I believe you may have had a transient partial obstruction of your bowel, possibly causing intussuceotiin which has cleared up mostly, thus relieving the pain. The lump could be impacted Fecal matter.
A tumor and diverticulitis needs to be ruled out as well
*does the lump feel hard or soft? Is it painful or sore? Does it move around?
*when you had the intense pain, were you able to pass stools and gas? What color was the stool?
*have you had any colonoscopy?
*why did you have the bone marrow transplant?
*when you say esophageal rejection, do you mean that it closed up and you weren't able to eat of drink? Did they say it was due to the bone marrow transplant or the Medications taken for it?
I recommend :
-a gastroenterologist opinion as you have planned
-a CT abdomen to check the lump.
-complete blood count.
hydroxychloroquine can cause loss of appetite & gastritis. Take bland and fluid diet like soups, fresh juice, poridge. Keep sipping water through the day.

Yes, the esophagus closed up and it was hard to swallow food. Once I got food stuck and a doctor had to pull it out. I never had trouble drinking. They said it was due to the new immune system attacking cells in the esophagus - nothing to do with medications.
Recently I have been very thirsty, and drink a lot of water, but should probably drink more.

I had the endoscopy today. The doctor described a yellow bile in the intestine. Sind bleeding, and most everything was red. Samples were taken various places and are expected back in a few days. The doctor told me that my symptoms matched the observations in the stomach, and he believes this is some bacterial infection.
