Have been gradually feeling worse. Last night had abdominal pain that was so severe I could not move, it came and went frequently for over an hour. Woke up today with 101 fever, ears still hurt and sides hurt horribly. Sides have hurt for about 2 months.

Brief Answer:
Yes, it does seem to be some kind of infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
Yes, it does seem to be some kind of infection. Let us take it step by step.
You are falling ill frequently with infections since December. It means your immunity is low.
This episode of infection is stemming from the abdomen.
Please answer these queries--
What tests have been conducted so far? ---total count, ESR, blood sugar, typhoid, other infections etc?
Has an abdominal sonography been especially done?
Are there any bowel and urine problems?
Please take only Paracetamol at present and revert back for me to advise you better.
Regards

I have had frequent diarrhea for going on two years, always in the morning and they removed my gallbladder in 2015 due to biliary diskonesia. They then tied my tubes thinking the paid was endometriosis which proved false. I had a colonoscopy done in 2015 as well as an endoscopy. Results from the colonoscopy showed my liver function was off. But my LFT's have been all over the board. Just two weeks ago my billiruben was high as well as something else was double what it should be. I did not have any yellow hue. Last night I was in the emergency room and was told that my liver function tested fine, they did a CT scan with and without XXXXXXX which did not show anything. I have been dealing with this for so long, I have lost 50 pounds in a year and a half. I constantly have pain in my sides, dont throw up but queezy and feel like I could. I am 5foot 9 inches and weigh 115 pounds. I dont eat any bad food at all, I stick with bland foods and nothing fried. They checked my urine last night which was fine, my blood work was fine so they took blood cultures. I am only 30 years old and there is something wrong. Nobody will listen to me. Ive been told IBS, Gilbers disease, sphincter of oddi issues which they require and ERCP and that is starting all over with a 4th doctor. Im very frustrated and I am afraid its chrones, colitis or diverticulitis. I had a 103 fever in the emergency room and they could not figure out why I had the fever. They took it both oral and rectal and it was the same. I showed them the rash that started about the time the bad side pains started. They said it was just a reaction to my water.
