Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Cramps And Constipation

Question: After sex w/ my spouse the night before last I had severe cramps . Worst I've ever had. After about an hour they started to subside but my stomach is still sore to the touch and I've been constipated and my breast are very tender ( especially my nipples)

I am so sorry to hear about these severe cramps that you experienced. This si quite atypical and in no way suggestive a specific ongoing disease. I have reviewed all the symptoms and they are not life threatening. I will suggest that we monitor only now because we anticipate spontaneous resolution without any medical intervention.
