Brief Answer:
Patient is having left sub mandibular sialadenitis-Salivary gland infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ,

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , seen picture , reviewed medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history & picture it appears that patient is having left sub mandibular sialadenitis ( Salivary gland infection ).

Other common causes for throat salivary gland pain seen in ultrasound is
Sialolithiasis (salivary stones)
salivary gland tumors- benign/malignant &
sialectasis ( dilatation of duct ) .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
get Ultrasound of neck with salivary glands done as advised by your doctor .
You will know cause for throat gland pain .

Continue drugs & gargles as advised , patient will get relief .

Hope this answer helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
