Brief Answer:
Increasing dose of Cialis, is very risky.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me advise you that, after a TURP, intercourse, results in retrograde
ejaculation, which is normal.
Intercourse should best resume, only after one month of the surgery.
Cialis 20 mg should work in majority, after 15-20 minutes of erotic stimulation, with 5-20mg dose.
For full action of Cialis, you need a good erotic stimulation, to get a sustained erection.
Increasing the dose on your own, is risky, as it has side-effects.
After an examination by a doctor, dose may be adjusted, considering your risk profile.
If you increase the dose, common side -effects like, flushing of face, headache, nausea, stomach upsets, rash, muscle pain and blurring of vision, may occur.
You can also have an allergic reaction., that can be severe.
But, increasing the dose, can cause lowering of your blood pressure, increasing your heart rate,
partial blindness, and most important, painful sustained erections that last more than 4 hours, called PRIAPISM. This may need surgical treatment to relieve it.
So don't take risks on your own.
Wish you well.
