Question: I noticed these red spots on my left breast today. They dont itch, but ive read about rashes on the breast being associated with breast cancer.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached image. Let me assure you that the rashes do not seem concerning in the context of breast cancer. Breast cancer is characterized by rapidly growing tumor and unless there is a lump that is increasing fast you need not worry.

As regards the rashes, try applying some emollient like calamine lotion or some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion and see if that helps. Also take some antiallergic like cetirizine for next few days.
