Brief Answer:
Picture shows an inflammatory area.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
The reddish area over the penis is clearly seen.
It looks like an inflammatory reaction there.
It could also be an infection.
You should get examined by an Urologist, to know if antibiotics are needed.
Check your blood sugar and urine routine test.
You must maintain good penile hygiene. Avoid moisture on that area.
Apply Neosporin ointment over the area, twice a day, till you see the Urologist.
It'll subside with treatment. You don't need to worry about it.
Get well soon.

Brief Answer:
It appears as an inflammation. No wound seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
It looks just like an inflammatory area. No injury or wound seen in picture.
Neosporin should be available as an OTC drug, or else, ask the pharmacist or your doctor for a prescription.
Apply it twice daily, with clean finger.
After drying your penis following a shower, apply it just over the area.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

Brief Answer:
Mupirocin may be used.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Mupirocin is different from Neosporin.
However, till Neosporin is available, you may use this ointment.
Ensure the area is dried before use.
Look out for any itching or rashes, etc. These're side-effects seen in some.
Blood sugar and urine tests reports are not seen.
In 4-5 days, if you don't see improvement, don't delay medical check-up with Urologist. There's no need to keep checking your penis frequently.
Get well soon.
