Brief Answer:
Oral hygieneShift to semisolids,Reduce bottle feed

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM,
At this of 15 months, semisolids like dal rice. curd, meshed potatoes. banana etc should be encouraged.
Try to avoid bottle feed which is usual cause of stomach infection.
Milk to be given with out bottle at this age.
Try to develop the habit of giving milk by cup/ glass.
Hand to mouth hygiene should be strictly maintained. Habit putting unwashed hands in their mouth is very common among children should be taken care.( important cause of stomach infection )
Stool culture and sensitivity to be done to know the exact bug causing the problem and exact drug to be used for eradication of the infection.
Bacigyl N is quite common and effective drug used.
Add some probiotic like bifilac or enterogermina for the stabiity of the intestine.
Hope the query is answered.
Please feel free for the further clarification.

Brief Answer:
diet improvemnt

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Same measures will also help in the weight improvement and immunity booster.
High protein diet/ high calorie diet to be considered.
Frequent/small feeds to be tried. babies do not like to be fed in one go (try feeds for 8 to 10 times per day)
Never allow any body to say I tried but baby is not eating".
All the babies do like like to be fed. We have to feed them.
Till the baby is given bottle feed. Baby will not like to chew the semisolid/solids.We have to exert more for changing this habit.
Hope the query is answered.
thanks
