Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Nasal Polyps
Question: Recently I have been taking Fluoxetine and clonazepam 0.5 for panic disorder as per the psychiatrist i have seen. I am taking these medication for 2 months and going to taper the doze. One I started taking these medication the symptoms are no more. However, I have nasal polyps recurred after surgery. And I have to go for another surgery soon. But till then Can I take predinisolone (Wysolone) to shrink the polyps, along with the cureeent medication I am taking.

Here we have nasowash solutions with low ml. Therefore mixing with budesonide is going to be difficult.
I am also taking levofloxacin 500 for 5 days for throat infection.
With this anti biotic and the above medication, can i take wysolone orally and what would be the dosage
