Brief Answer:
More potent anti fungal and anti bacterial cream may help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. More potent anti fungal creams like terbinafine will be helpful. Combination of this with antibacterial like ofloxacin and ornidazole is available in brands like panderm plus. I usually suggest this for my patients. Taking vitamin c is also good. If there is no improvement then surgical manipulation will be needed. For that you can approach a general surgeon.

Also check your sugar level in blood.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
