Recurrent cold is commonly due to allergic rhinitis or deviated nasal septum or nasal polyps.
So better to consult ENT doctor and first diagnose the cause of your recurrent cold.

Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of allergic rhinitis is more.
So better to start combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drug.
Also take intranasal spray containing steroid.
You need to take these drugs regularly for atleast 5-6 months. After that, we can taper down gradually.
So consult ENT doctor and discuss all these.
