Brief Answer:
Get medical help immediately

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern

If you have steroids and adrenaline at home injections do one i/m and continua Ventoline inhaler.

If the situation get worse than get immediately medical help in ER.For emergency you don't have to pay.So keep monitoring carefully your situation and try to keep calm. But you will need oxygen too as you explain your condition.

Be careful because it might be a life threat situation

Take care and feel free to ask me again
