Question: Hi,
I am 25 years old female. I used to have acne 4 years ago. for 4 years I had clear skin but suddenly I started getting pimples 4 months ago and it's not stopping. I am washing my face twice a day. I tried so many things like clinmiskin, dermadew acne soap and many other things but nothing worked, I kept getting new pimples. I always get whiteheads first then after sometime it starts growing to pimples recently I started getting pimples at same spot again and again. I even have stomach issues for 4 months.please help me.

I understand your concern.

You seem to have relapsed and recurrent form of acne vulgaris.

For this I advise you go for oral antibiotic therapy for 14 days.


I advise you to take Tab Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day on day 1 followed by 100 mg once a day for 14 days.

This should clear all your acne quite comfortably.

Likewise I advise you to apply Adapalene Gel once a day at bedtime.

Its very effective against white heads.

Please note these drugs should be taken under medical supervision.

Use non medicated soaps like Dove thrice daily.
