Suggest Treatment For Recurrent UTI And Vaginal Infection
Question: Hi, I have had several UTI's in my life and 1 yeast infection. Right now I am experiencing:
-itchiness
-burning
-urgency to pee
The discharge isn't very abnormal but there seems to be a bit more than usual. The symptoms I described are bearable which is why it took me so long to go to a doctor (I'm used to much worse). My doctor tested me for a UTI and it came back negative, I took a yeast infection self-test from the pharmacy and found out it was "possible" I had a yeast infection so I tried monistat. That was a couple of months ago. I haven't been back to the doctor but the symptoms still persist. I'm thinking of trying another doctor tomorrow. I was hoping I could get some advice or insight.
I should also add that I have been having sex with the same partner for 2 years and we haven't had sex in over a month.
I'm not allergic to anything.
Thanks,
XXXX

Also drink plenty of fluids.
