Brief Answer: AS BELOW Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for writing to us with your health concern. Are you overdue or is there any chance of pregnancy ? That could explain the dizziness. Other than that, any issues of constipation ? The rectal pain could be due to residual effect of gastroenteritis, however dizziness should not be happening. PCOD as such has no corelation with rectal pain or dizziness unless you have co existent endometriosis diagnosed. Is the pain still on ? Once in a while, this could happen due to dehydration or hypotension ( low blood pressure ). As long as the pain is not persistent / recurrent and you are not dizzy now, dont worry. All the best Please feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer: PERSISTENT / RELAPSED GASTROENTERITIS. Detailed Answer: Hi again. I think you are having a relapse of the gastroenteritis. Please visit the ER for intravenous fluids if the vomiting and diarrhoea is severe. Also get a stool culture to identify the offending organism, as antibiotics might be required for the same. Take care.
